We partnered with Franklin Templeton to deliver two European office projects in Zurich and Paris as part of the firm’s wider workplace strategy. Each project was designed to align with Franklin Templeton’s global brand and design standards while responding sensitively to the local context, regulations, and market conditions. Working in close collaboration with Franklin Templeton’s internal design lead, we developed each scheme to ensure the company’s global workplace principles were fully realised.

Our team translated Franklin Templeton’s design standards into practical, locally compliant solutions that balanced international consistency with regional identity. Through regular design reviews and open communication, we maintained alignment with the client’s global design vision throughout every stage of the process.

In Zurich and Paris, we worked closely with local consultants, contractors, and suppliers to manage the design and construction delivery, navigating market specific challenges and regulatory requirements. This collaborative approach ensured that each project was delivered to the highest quality, on programme, and within budget. The completed workplaces in both cities embody Franklin Templeton’s global identity while capturing the character of their local settings. Each space provides a modern, flexible, and engaging environment that supports collaboration, focus, and well-being—reflecting Franklin Templeton’s commitment to excellence and its people-first approach to workplace design.
