Having approached Zenixspace in 2022 with a pipeline of European projects, the Paris and Milan projects were completed in 2023 with London being delivered in Q1 of 2024. These exciting projects have established UBT as a key provider of consulting services to their clients and have enabled significant growth to their business.

One of the board directors at UBT stated that ‘the quality of design that Zenixspace provided was second to none. They fully understood our requirements and the speed and pace at which we operate. Essential to the design was that the space gave the UBT clients privacy, whilst feeling comfortable and sophisticated. The design inspiration was based in each location on the characteristics of the city, whilst being complimented by the sourcing of local products, sustainability and beautiful materiality.
