Sebastian leads the business development and client relations team, working directly with our corporate clients to ensure that projects are delivered successfully across all regions.
Ross brings over 20 years of international experience in the commercial design and construction industry, leading major organizations through complex office fitout and workplace transformation projects. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered projects across the EMEA, partnering with global clients to create environments that drive performance, reflect culture, and inspire innovation. Ross’ expertise lies in bridging strategic design thinking with precise execution, ensuring every project achieves the highest standards of functionality, aesthetics, and commercial value.

From one studio in Zurich, we expanded into Frankfurt, London, Milan and Paris — establishing teams, local expertise and operational entities in each region.
